Effects of rumen-protected fat on changes of metabolites and reproductive genes in testes of Malin rams

The effects of RPF on metabolites and reproductive genes in testes Malin ram was investigated. Twenty rams (36.6kg ± 5.57 kg bodyweight), were subjected to four dietary treatments; A: basal diet without rumen-protected fat (RPF), B; with 2% prilled fat, C; calcium salt D; canola oil. At the end experiment out five animals from each group slaughtered. excised for gene expression stud-ies. tested associated development spermatogenesis (ODF1, SERPINA10, CatSper4, AdipoR2 DAZL). Feeding (Treatment C) has resulted up-regulation more than two folds all genes. There changes occurred between groups identified 44 important putative present testes. In conclu-sion, feeding as a source energy up-regulated involve male tissues activities.
